On February 11th we are excited to be collaborating with Blue Moon Brewery for an awesome night of food pairings and their famous “paint the glass”. Back in December we held a paint the glass night and it was a blast. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, we decided to combine our love of food, beer and art into one incredible evening. For just $45, you will enjoy 4 plates paired with 5 beers and then the night will end with painting iconic Blue Moon glasses that you will get to take home.
Our menu will include:
Course 1: Blue Moon First Peach Ale paired with Blue Moon First Peach Chicken Salad with Grilled Peaches.
Course 2: Blue Moon Belgian White paired with Crispy Baked Orange Chicken Wings
Course 3: Blue Moon White IPA paired with EATS! Buffalo Shrimp Tacos
Course 4: Blue Moon Cinnamon Horchata paired with Dulce de Leche Whoopie Pies
The welcome reception will commence at 6:30 pm with a welcome beer and some of EATS! famous Saratoga Chips. Dinner will begin at 7 pm and there will be lots of fun surprises during the meal.

Football is back and we are honored to introduce The V-Jack Burger which we created in honor of Tampa Bay Buccaneer, Vincent Jackson. Much like VJ himself, this burger is a beast!
Consisting of pulled pork sandwiched between two 4 oz Angus patties and then topped with Pepper Jack cheese, peppered bacon and BBQ sauce and placed on a grilled bun, the V-Jack is a masterpiece. Created by our very own David Carey, this burger made its debut last week and has been winning over our guests much like VJ has won the hearts of Bucs fans. What is even better about this burger is that you can get your EATS! on for a good cause. $1 from every burger goes to The Jackson in Action 83 Foundation which aims to provide support to military families, focusing on the educational, emotional, and physical health of the children.

So, where did Fireball come from? Legend has it that it was created sometime in the mid 1980’s during the coldest winter Canada had ever seen when a mixologist “accidentally” created a permanent solution to frostbite. His solution was a cinnamon whisky which began to make its way around North America for a few years as a secret handshake between veteran bartenders. Known as Fireball, it began to surge in popularity when several bottles were smuggled to the United States from Canada. Fast forward to 2013 and you will find Fireball at fine establishments across the globe. EATS! is proud to showcase Fireball and Fireball enhanced cocktails.
